Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order on August 14 and still haven't received it. I've tried calling, but the wait times have been extremely long. I also contacted customer support by email, and I've been given multiple delivery estimates — first August 21, then August 24, then August 27, and most recently September 4.
It's now been 20 days, which is far too long to wait for an order without a clear explanation or resolution.
When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, my request was denied. It's frustrating to pay for a product and then be left waiting this long with no real accountability or resolution.
The company seems to invest heavily in marketing, but unfortunately, my experience with fulfillment and customer service has been very disappointing. I'm also not sure whether this review will even be published.
Hopefully, the company takes this feedback seriously. I'll definitely be sharing my experience on social media as well.

I am on a course of 30ml for 40 days... presently no sign or repercussion are visible.
So, have to wait for at least 1 month to respond about the product.
Feeling very energetic
I ordered Diawell (pack of 6) for my Father. He is a diabetic patient but he didn't feel any type of fatigue that he was used to be. Blood sugar levels are now under controlled. He feel more energetic now. Thanks Wellwith
