1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or one that violates our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.
To cancel your order (before shipment):

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 - 14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We offer a hassle-free return policy for our customers.

You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order in case you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the products are returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Steps to request a return/replacement:

Share your Order ID, details of your request, and clear images/videos of the product and invoice (with batch number visible).

Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 5 – 10 business days.

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
3. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Products returned without original packaging, labels, or freebies.

Tampered serial numbers, seals, or altered product compositions.

Requests raised after 5 days of delivery.

Free gifts or promotional items provided with your order.
4. Refunds
Refunds are possible in the following cases:

Cancellation before shipment.

Returned products that pass quality checks.

Orders where delivery was unsuccessful (wrong/unreachable address, customer unavailable, or customer refusal).
Refund Timelines:

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer. Customers need to share bank details over email. Processing time: 7 – 14 business days.
5. International Orders (USA Only)
WellWith currently ships international orders to the United States (USA) from India.
Important Information for International Orders:
International orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, international orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is:
