At WellWith, we are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and efficiently. Currently, we ship across India and have started international shipping to the United States (USA). As we continue to expand globally, additional international regions may be added in future phases.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed from India within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email or SMS.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We deliver across PAN India.

  • Estimated delivery timeline: 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales periods, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

International Shipping (Currently Available for USA Only)

WellWith currently ships internationally to the:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier handling, and regional conditions.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders shipped from India may be subject to:

  • State or local taxes

  • Clearance charges

These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during checkout.

WellWith is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

International Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local import regulations in their country.

Certain wellness, nutraceutical, or food-related products may be subject to local import restrictions. If a shipment is delayed, returned, or rejected due to customs regulations or incomplete customer information, WellWith will not be held responsible.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email or SMS so customers can monitor shipment progress.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with product images and order details.

While we strive for timely delivery, WellWith is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Airline or courier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs duties/taxes

additional reshipping charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, international orders may not be eligible for return unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
